My Students

My students are amazing! They are so unique and kind hearted. They are eager to learn and excited about each new day! All of my students come from various backgrounds which gives us a diverse classroom. Every day they come in excited to be with their friends and learn new things especially in reading and math. This year is going to be exciting, I can't wait to see what they are capable of this year as they continue to grow!

My Project

This reading rainbow rug will make a huge difference in my students lives! We use the reading area for many different things; sometimes it's reading, sometimes it's math, sometimes it's a community center where we are talking about our feelings. One of the most important things in Kindergarten is having a space of your own!

This rainbow designed rug provides the feeling of knowing that you are safe and loved in the classroom environment.

My students are very busy during kindergarten building a strong reading foundation. Having a reading rug is essential to this, so that they can have their own space, feel safe, and learn the fundamental elements of reading that they will carry with them for a lifetime.
