Help me give my students a question a day to improve their thinking and writing skills!
FULLY FUNDED! Dr. Christina Hull's classroom raised $279
This project is fully funded
My Project
One of our initiatives is writing across the curriculum to help our students improve their thinking, reasoning, and writing skills this year. Providing our students with a personal journal that asks a question a day allows them to practice writing while engaging with fun prompts.
Journaling is beneficial for our students as it facilitates emotional expression, enhances self-awareness, builds mental resilience, aids in goal setting, preserves memories, and provides a private, accessible form of self-expression.
The question-a-day journals will be utilized inside the classroom. However, students will also be encouraged to take their journals home on weekends and holidays. The goal of this project is to help our students improve their writing skills by providing them with fun topics to write about each day!
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
