Help me give my students a state of the art Epson Eco Tank printer for the classroom for fluid learning procedures.

I teach in a Title One school. All (100%) of our students get a free lunch. We have students attending that come from neighborhoods all over Tallahassee. Their parents want a better education than their local schools can provide. We have parents that travel up to an hour to get here daily. The kids are used to the bare minimum where their education is concerned. My 15 boys and 10 girls are used to being met with an average expectation. At our STEM school we go above and beyond what is expected. We prove to these kids daily that we will do anything and everything in our power to give them an excellent-extraordinary-education.
My students are on multiple levels of learning. I want them to take a leadership role in their education. I will have different articles of work that they can select from. Imagine this... You are in the classroom and your teacher gives you a math assignment. The classroom has twenty minutes to complete the assignment. Multiple kids finish this in five or ten minutes. What to do? Will they talk, play with a shoe, throw a pencil?
How about walk over to the printer and make a decision on the extra work they want and just click print.
There is not enough room in my small classroom to accommodate fifty different, extra work choices. I will instead have a binder and the kids will select what they want from the choices and set it on the tray and click print. They will then walk back to their seat and do the work that they picked.
I think that many kids dislike extra work because it is filler work. This will give them the ability to pick what they want and have ownership in their education.
