My Students

Please help my Pre-Kindergarten students demonstrate and share their knowledge through technology!

My Prekindergarten students attend a public school in Dallas, Texas.

These 4 and 5 year old students are excited about learning and eager to do their best! My class includes more than 3/4 of low income students who have no access to technology. These children participate in the curriculum with some limitation of printers and computers to meet their needs. My class enjoys learning in an active and hands-on way. They deserve to have access to the innovation of technology.

My Project

In our school we have an older printer that is shared by all the classrooms. When it stops working, it will not be replaced. My students enjoy using technology to create projects to display information they have learned. Using a computer and a printer is also an additional way for students to express their knowledge. With a new printer and ink, they will be able to print the pages for our class books on curriculum topics such as Animals, Famous Americans and Plants. Each student will have the chance to take a book home for a night to share with their families.

Your donations to our projects will enable my students to continue to use technology to enhance their learning.

My students are so proud when they learn and grow. Having a color printer and ink will let them share this pride with their classmates and families!
