A Place to Store Supplies and Ideas

My Project

We use bins every day in our classrooms. They allow students to store their notebooks, folders, and independent reading books. This is our 6th graders first year rotating classrooms and these bins allow them to have their supplies for our classes quickly accessible. They don't need to dig through their backpacks or lug books from classroom to classroom. Bins also allow us to transition quickly between periods and between activities. In previous years, we have purchased our own bins from dollar stores to keep our personal costs down, but the buckets are easily broken and don't last beyond the year. By having high quality storage bins, our students will be able to transition and stay organized more effectively.
