My Project

I teach Kindergarten at a low income school. I typically have 20+ students in my class. Each child is a unique individual and they all learn in different ways and are on different levels academically. With this grant, my goal is to get an appropriate shelving system to use during our class center stations. These shelves will allow my students to be able to select their specific work depending on what their needs are. The different colored bins will help with differentiating their class work. It will help our centers run more smoothly creating minimal student interruptions. This will lead me to have more one on one small group instructional time because everyone will be able to stay on task with less questions for the teacher.
