This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As teachers, we understand the importance of organization because it trickles down to the students we teach. Kindergarten is where kids begin their educational journey, and our students learn good habits from the start! We are requesting several items to benefit our students experiences, including an easel for whole class instruction. The easel will provide a way for students to see the v concepts being taught in a visual way. We are also requesting a printer stand to provide easy access for our students to retrieve their work in a safe way. Being that we are an inclusive classroom, differentiated instruction is a necessity and therefore students need to access the classroom printer readily. The 6 cube store organizer is to be used to organize the materials for the toys and play unit during the ELA block. Students will be able to retrieve their assigned items by simply grabbing the correct basket from the storage organizer.
