Help me give my students a work organizer, lapboard center and markers for a space to turn in work and store their new white boards!
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Adams's classroom raised $187

My Students
At our Title I school with students who come from low-income or high-poverty homes, students are faced with challenges in and outside of the classroom. All of the students at our school receive free breakfast and lunch. Sometimes these meals are all that they may get for the day. Some of the students who are out our school face homelessness, live in shelters, motels, or are living with family members or friends.
Despite the obstacles that our students face, they show up to school (or on Zoom) with a smile on their faces and are excited to learn!
My Project
Our classroom received a wonderful donation to fully fund a Donors Choose project that included white boards and writing paper. Now we need somewhere to store these items! Students need a place in the classroom where they can go to retrieve their white boards.
They will be able to find everything they need in one place, including markers and erasers!
They will also be able to turn in their work in one central location as well. This will help students take ownership of their work and belongings. They will be able to be more independent in the classroom.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
