My students need storage containers to help keep classroom manipulatives and supplies securely organized. We also need book bins to store our books in our classroom library.
Our elementary school is high poverty and unique because we serve the children of military families. All of my students have at least one parent and some have both parents serving our country. Several students even have a parent deployed.
My students live far away from their extended families so our school faculty and staff becomes their family.
Each day my students enter the classroom with bright shining faces eager to learn! They are a diverse group of 22 Pre-Kindergarteners. I want to be able to meet their needs through science, technology, engineering, literacy, math and art to create career bound citizens.
My Project
The set of Connect and Store Book Bins are needed to help organize our many books by genre and theme for easier access to books for everyone to enjoy reading. The Tabletop Supply caddies are essential to organizing their daily supplies for their crayons, markers, scissors and glue within easy reach on our tables.
These materials will help organize and allow my students access to books that help develop their reading skills on a daily basis.
The Medium and Large Tuff Totes containers will be used to organize the many manipulatives and materials that we have and use in our classroom. Young children learn through hands on play and we need these storage containers. The Tissue Paper Squares will be used for many art projects. The Crayola Crayon Sharpener will be a huge hit, as it extends the life of our crayons-Everyone likes a sharpened crayon!!
