A Place for Everything, and Most Things in their Place
Help me give my students opportunities for fluent learning and engagement in academic success.

My Project
I work in a self-contained classroom catering to students with significant academic and behavioral needs relating to Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. Maintaining organization in teaching materials, supplies, and IEP objectives is paramount for facilitating students’ access to learning opportunities. The inclusion of zipper pouches, binders, sheet protectors, tape, white-out, and magnet dots will enhance seamless access to learning materials, promoting the resizability of content. Additionally, providing an office chair for students to use as flexible seating will contribute to motivating them to attend and actively engage in the learning process.
More than a third of students from low‑income households
