it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am asking for donations to help our classroom get a brand-new sitting rug during calendar and story time. The rug we would love to get has a personal spot for everyone in the class. With younger kiddos, it is important to make sure they feel they have a safe space when it’s time to come down to the floor for circle time.
My kindergarteners love getting out of their seats for a chance to spread out on the floor!
With a new rug, my students will be excited to sit in their own squares and follow along during calendar/circle time.
