Help me give my students their own individual basic supply kit so they can thrive in fifth grade!

My wonderful fifth-grader family hail from the "Motor City" Detroit, Michigan. Many of my students come from impoverished homes. Over half of my students receive free and reduced lunch. Often times when there is a lack of financial resources, children's academic development is delayed. The class I am blessed to serve is considered a "Novice" class. What does "Novice" mean you may ask? Novice means that the students in my class are two or more grade levels below in reading and math. My amazing class strives daily to become proficient learners. They enjoy learning and learning in a small group setting! In our classroom community, we strive daily to be the best we can be!!
Please help me give my amazing students their own personal school supplies! My students are really amazing and talented! We have some big testing coming up! My desire is to see my students who are now currently two grade levels below to grade level. I desire to see my students not only move up to grade level but to show total proficiency!!!
My amazing scholars really need to have their own personal basic school supply kit!
It will really make a difference in their learning outcome! I would love to not have to spend time during the school day to pass out and collect school supplies. We often lose up to thirty minutes to an hour pass out supplies. If my students could have their own personal supplies at their desks ready to go, it can be time use for instruction and intervention!
