Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This iPad will allow me to do weekly monitoring of grades, identify missing assignments, review student transcripts, will have a profound impact on our senior class's learning. These tools will provide us with the essential data and insights needed to identify students who may be struggling and at risk of not graduating. By closely tracking their academic progress, we can intervene promptly, offer tailored support, and address any issues before they become insurmountable barriers to graduation. This monitoring ensures that students receive the assistance they require to stay on track and make informed decisions about their education, ultimately improving their learning outcomes. My primary goal for this project is to provide our senior class with the necessary support and resources to ensure a successful final year of high school. By closely monitoring their academic performance, we aim to empower every student to graduate and move on to the college or career of their choice. We want to see our students thrive and overcome the challenges they face outside of school. Ultimately, our goal is to set them up for success in their post-high school experiences, allowing them to pursue their dreams and ambitions. My students are truly special because they come from a lower socioeconomic background and face a myriad of challenges in their lives. Despite these obstacles, they display remarkable resilience and determination. Their unwavering commitment to their education and their desire to succeed against all odds is truly inspiring. Our students deserve the support and opportunities that we can provide, as they have demonstrated the potential to achieve great things. We believe in their abilities and are dedicated to helping them reach the finish line to embark on a successful post-high school journey.
