it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Charlotte East Language Academy is a Title I Spanish-Immersion public school. Our instrumental music program has grown significantly in the last two years and has outgrown our available instruments for student use.
The only instruments we still need are for our rising beginning clarinet players.
The Nuvo jSax is an inexpensive alternative that is easier to learn and gain success. Learning on it easily transfers to a traditional clarinet or saxophone as students move higher in ability.
We were fortunate to receive other Nuvo instruments (jFlutes and jHorns) for our beginning band students and these will add an expanded experience for our students. The Nuvo instruments are an amazing way to get more instruments into the hands of students that want to learn without breaking the bank.
