A Notebook for Life
My students need 100 3-ring binders for an interactive notebook that will help with English classes now and through college.
Do you ever wish you had the rules or different ways to use punctuation?
Eighth graders with the hope of one day attending college need every opportunity possible to pack away resources for the future.
The students I teach are considered low socioeconomically disadvantaged. Even though my students worry about what his/her family might eat at night, they still aspire to one day attend college.
A binder with valuable grammar rules, vocabulary, and writing rules and examples is an essential tool at any age. Students will build an interactive notebook with the mentioned components. Having students create the notebook ensures that he/she will take ownership of learning the complicated English language. This notebook is also a concrete object to be used not only in my English class, but future English classes down the road.
Please help my students prepare for now and the future with the interactive notebook.
It's an easy way to keep all the information in a neat organized place. Students in other English classes that have created an interactive notebook use it year after year.
