This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are making amazing progress already this school year. With Covid, my students' emotional health has taken a toll. This year, we are working on identifying our emotions and how to healthily process them. When we are able to identify and cope with different emotions, it makes learning so much more fun and doable! With our new SEL books and curriculum and the materials for our calm down corner, we will be able to learn about our different emotions and feelings. We need A Little Spot of Emotion FEELINGS box set and plushies and a new circle carpet for our calm down corner! These materials will give my students the tools they need to grow their emotional health!
