My Students
When you walk into my classroom, you will see creative and innovative students. My classroom motto is, "It's okay to think outside the box." Students are growing up in our ever-changing world and need the important chance to think freely in multiple and varied ways.
Thinking outside of the box is not something that every teacher enjoys, but the reality is that not all students fit inside the box.
My classroom is a safe haven for all students to learn.

"Develop a passion for learning. If you do, you will never cease to grow." My students are young and inquisitive. They love to learn and are always trying their best!
The classroom carpet is an essential part of the classroom.
This is the place where they learn to sit, stay focused and begin to learn how to concentrate when the teacher is talking. It is the heart of the classroom.
My students attend a school where Title 1 funding is not available so we as teachers must supplement by finding ways to help them get the required materials. Anyone who has ever been in a classroom knows that the class carpet is the meeting spot for any young class. It's where the kids feel safe, share their feelings, and learn new and exciting ideas.
