My Students
My students are first time schoolers! They are 3 and 4 years old and they are ready for a fun, educational, loving year of school. This is the first time many of them have ever been in a school setting so it is both exciting and scary at the same time. I love seeing their smiling faces and eager minds ready for the day in the morning.
Our school is a Title I school in Brooklyn.
We are very ethnically and financially diverse. I want to give my students a great start to their school career and make it a very memorable one and continue their love and desire to learn in the future!
My Project

New supplies and toys will make the classroom more inviting and intriguing for them.
Table top toys are used most at the beginning of the year as we are all learning the routines of school. The magnetic blocks and builders will help capture their attention and assist in learning through play.
Our smart board is used with the class when introducing new letters and topics. Unfortunately, it is up a little too high making it hard for the students to reach for interactive learning. The step stool is perfect in helping them reach!
