This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My kindergartners are 25 of the smartest, artistic and loving kids. They come to school each day eager to discover and learn new things. One of my top priorities is to provide a safe learning environment for each and everyone of my students.

My students are in need of basic supplies to start their educational journey!

My school is a Title I school, and all of my students receive free breakfast and lunch. Most of my students are English language learners.

My Project

We are requesting school supplies such as pencils, paper, glue, markers, scissors, and baby wipes to ensure that we have the essentials to begin our new school year.

We need colorful paper that we can use for arts and crafts!

We need pencils so that our little hands can grip easily as we learn how to write! We are also in need of pencil grips for those students that need the extra tool to begin their school experience! We need markers to make beautiful outlines when we are doing our directed drawing! We also need baby wipes to ensure our areas are clean.

All of the materials being requested will be used on a daily basis and will help us begin the new school year just right!
