This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are lucky enough to have one-to-one Chromebooks to help them with their reading and education. Students in my classroom however, have difficulty navigating, clicking, and scrolling through many of the wonderful programs using the computer trackpad. My school media center does not provide a mouse, so I would like to ease the students' frustrations by providing this technology tool to them. I would also like them to be able to access grade-level digital magazines with Scholastic News to add to their current choices in reading with technology.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
