My Students

This West Virginia 5th-grade classroom is looking for your amazing support. These kiddos are coming from various backgrounds and have many different needs.

One of the most important things about our school year is that we end it as a better person than when we started it.

Through these short months that we are together, I want to provide experiences that my students wouldn't otherwise get.

My students deserve so much, because some of them have been through so much. Having a classroom that is a safe environment, one that allows them to learn with lots of different resources is a top priority.

These kiddos are eager to learn and be involved in the classroom. I am determined to keep pushing myself to make their learning experiences high quality and engaging.

My Project

I have witnessed the creativity of my students over the years and continue to be in awe of their masterpieces. I want to be able to provide them with more tools for added success.

Technology has its pros and cons in a classroom, but with this MacBook, I believe that I can make our experiences together more meaningful.

I want to continue to spark student engagement with new ways to learn. I want to push past the walls of the classroom.

Kids are full of creativity and this MacBook will be a vehicle to let new experiences happen. Whether we are creating videos, using the green screen and iMovie, recording and editing podcasts, or differentiating our content through a variety of apps, this MacBook will be the backbone of the technology used.
