A Living Space for Our Guinea Pig

Help me give my students an opportunity to learn from our classroom pet. Our current classroom pet, a guinea pig named Fluffy, has outgrown her cage and needs a bigger one.

My Students

I teach Kindergarten students. They love everything about life! They love to learn and are eager to make everyone happy. Kindergarten is a special age because they make so much progress throughout the year. I am always amazed at how they are reading and writing paragraphs at the end of the year. I use anything tangible to get them excited about their learning.

My students are amazing in every way.

They are always smiling and making friends. They have enough energy to fill our classroom with positive activity. I love my job and my kiddos.

My Project

We learn all about guinea pigs in my classroom. What do they eat, how do you take care of them, and so much more. We also have jobs to learn how to take care of our classroom guinea pig, Fluffy. We got Fluffy when she was a baby and now she has grown to a full size guinea pig. She is in need of a larger cage. My students LOVE Fluffy and she provides many great learning opportunities for my students. Please help us to keep Fluffy happy by giving her a living space that is suitable for her now that she has grown.
