My Project

This curriculum will be utilized in counseling classroom lessons, small groups and individual interventions.

Students learn more when they are engaged.

Students are engaged when they feel that they are connected to what they are learning. The usage of color "spots" allows for a concrete connection to complex feelings, emotions, character traits and life skills for younger primary grade students.

The curriculum equips the educator utilizing a read aloud book, as well as a partner activity for each story within the Educator's Guide. The activities could also be used as a stand-alone. The emotion plushies can be utilized as lesson support visuals, communication tools for students, and as regulation assistance.
