My Project

These are hard times for families and our kids are feeling it! These books help explain feelings and what to do when we feel them. Each book describes one emotion from start to finish. It explains what it feels like in our bodies and how to manage our emotions. There are little mini plush toys that go along with each emotion and will go great in our calm down corner.

Learning to manage emotions is an incredibly important skill to develop.

Learning to get along with others and understand they have the same feelings we do is one of the first steps to helping us control our own emotions. These new materials will help keep us engaged and excited to talk about our feelings!
