The items I'm asking for help the classroom run more smoothly. Students won't need to worry about supplies if they know I have it readily available for them.
Having a classroom students are proud to be in, is important to me.
Because of that, the wipes help students have pride by cleaning up after themselves. The dry erase markers help with work completion being done on white boards; they do this both individually and with a partner. When students know supplies are readily available, they aren't hesitant to ask for what they might need.
The stickers and bouncy balls are a part of our classroom behavior system. Students earn different rewards like stickers to put on their pencil boxes as well as the opportunity to have alternate seating on a bouncy ball.
These items help students feel proud of our classroom. When they know supplies are readily available, and they have the opporunity to earn fun rewards, they feel more comfortable in the classroom and are happy to be at school.
