Help me give my students a leveled reading library that offers variety of texts to read on their ability level.
FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Banks's classroom raised $968

My Students
My classes consist of 1st - 6th grade students in a resource classroom setting. This means the students come to me for targeted lessons in English Language Arts and Mathematics because they have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) for students with learning disabilities. Some of my students are more than 3 grades behind in the academic acquisition and some are closer to grade level.
Resource students strive to gain ground academically and deserve to have materials that are intriguing to use.
My goal is to assist them in their individual academic journeys.
My Project
A resource room is a classroom within a school that gives direct and specific individualized learning for students with identified disabilities that are impacting their education. These students need materials that are interesting and varied for engagement.
A leveled library will allow students to pick their own reading material, that is specific to their current ability.
The printer will allow me to print colored leveled readers in a variety of genres, as well as math worksheets and printouts. Math printouts that are effective, and include anchor charts and hands on strategies.
