My Project

The items I have asked for are to help my students gain independence. My 5th graders are in middle school now. They have struggled to go from an elementary setting to a big kid mentality of middle school. I am slowly trying to help them gain independence, responsibility and to think for themselves.

The bookshelves and table will be a space for them to store binders, journals, and access all extra supplies.

I have 6 different classes in total so having enough space for each class to store their items has been a real struggle. This would help eliminate these issues help keep our classroom organized and allow easy access to supplies. I have added a few essentail items that as a class we use almost daily!

I have also asked for a world map rug. This rug will add a little character and a comfortable space for when my students need a place to sit when they are copying from the board. Thank you so much for your consideration!
