This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would like to provide my 1st graders with an imagination-building, screen-free, digital listening experience that plays stories, and songs, with a Toniebox audio player and books.

This would be placed at a station for my students to independently listen to a story or song and learn developmental skills that are important for early childhood development.

These audio characters will be a fun and interactive way for the children to connect to stories and help and help build language, especially for my English Language Learners. I've also added the Lakeshore word mapping whiteboards to help with learning to spell.

Your donation will help these students tremendously with their language, listening, and cognitive skills. Thank you for your support!
