Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For some of these students, it is the first experience they will have to enter into an educational environment. How amazing would it be for them to be able to play with a lighted table.

Kindergarteners are full of curiosity and will learn at the blink of a lighted eye.

Please help me offer a new experience to my 5 year old students. My goal is to help each one of them have a great time while learning during their centers time. As an educator, I feel that kindergarten is a fundamental part of their educational career. Why? Because in kindergarten they will learn what it's like to be in a classroom with learning, technology and educational fun. We are a title one school with many of our students being labeled as at risk. Help me to change their learning experience. I believe that having a lighted table to share with an academic partner could be a way for them to learn their numbers, letters and shapes.
