Help me give my students a fun and inviting classroom library with amazing books from recognized authors Mo Willems and Ted Arnol along with beloved character plushes such as Piggy and Gerald, Fly Guy and Pigeon.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Mo Willems and Tedd Arnold are beloved children's book authors and illustrators. Help our first graders grow their love of reading through funny and easy to read book collections. Each year, I see many students fall in love with reading thanks to wonderful book collections. Our classroom library has very few copies of such authors and students have to wait weeks in order to finally read them. Purchasing the book collections with matching character plushes would help us create and inviting library space for all students to enjoy for years to come. Help me make a difference by providing students with books that will help nourish a love of reading through laughter and smiles.
