This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Having great pieces of literature is important and vital. Our students are facing difficult times and finding it difficult to find themselves in these pressing times.

With these books, our students will be able to find hope and courage while finding out about different obstacles and emotions we face.

Finding a beloved book is a love that all students should be able to enjoy. From learning about how to take care of a pet to learning about confidence, our students need a way to figure out how to mature into respectful and aware adults.

Reading about differences is crucial, if we are ever going to build true empathy and acceptance of all!
