My students are fortunate to have a well equipped music classroom: mallet instruments, ukuleles, percussion, and risers. What we do not have is a quality keyboard instrument for me to accompany them on in class and future performances.
Our keyboard is very old, makes clicking noises, plays either too loud or too soft, and the pedals do not work.
We seldom even turn it on! If we had a new one I could perform Classical pieces and chord charts for them, and hopefully start some rudimentary piano lessons for them as a center.
