This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thank you for stopping by my DonorsChoose page! For this project, I am asking for help in obtaining a popcorn machine for my students; I will be using this popcorn machine mostly as an incentive for their accomplishments in the classroom. However, I will definitely be incorporating popcorn into our lessons if we are able to obtain this nostalgic popcorn machine.

Aside from just eating the popcorn, which my students would immensely enjoy, I will also integrate popcorn into our lessons.

From reading books like "Pop!: Otto, the Kernel Who Didn't Pop" to science lessons involving heat and reactions, I believe we will find more than one way to enjoy this popcorn machine. Thank you for your consideration!
