This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These materials will continue to enhance the art-rich classroom that I strive to create. My history classroom is a place that my students really enjoy-I love to give students who are weak in history a chance to understand it through art! Every student in my classroom I want to appreciate history, know they are a global citizen, they are a national citizen, and a local citizen. Not all freshman love history so art allow them to tap into their successes and artistic nature and learn HOW to make it make sense without making it make them crazy!
