My Project
These tables and chairs would help my students develop the skills necessary to increase their desperately needed literacy practice. These tables and chairs will be used to fulfill thoughtful discussion and encourage students to work together instead of sitting alone without having any human interaction all day long. These students need a place where they feel not only welcome, but comfortable with sharing a discussion space every single day they make it to school. These tables and chairs would be the difference between a student forming that connection with their peers and missing out on impactful life opportunities.
