Help me give my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The Cricut will allow me to encourage and promote creativity in the classroom. The cube storage for organization.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Hello! I am a third-grade teacher in a new Title I, Public Charter School with a diverse population, including many students who are English Language Learners. Our school is made up of 70% ELL and 100% of them receive a free lunch and breakfast. This pandemic has not only put my students behind academically, but socially and emotionally as well.
My Project
The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. The wobble stools are adjustable and will allow students to sit at desk/higher tables but will still allow some movement. These will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to get the wiggles out. The cube storage will allow students to stay organize as I have both tables and desks in my classroom and some students don't have a specific place to put their belongings. This is also an additional spot they can do their independent work! The over the chair pockets allow for more organization and storage, as my classroom is very limited with storage! The marker boards will help them show their learning in flexible ways! As we all know, students all around the world lost a full year of education. That is a full year of creativity put on hold. The Cricut will allow me to encourage and promote creativity in the classroom.
