As I go into my first year of teaching, I am very excited to meet my new students. I do not know specifics about my students at this very moment but I am optimistic for their fun personalities that I will experience each day in my classroom.
My goal is to help them become lifelong learners.
I hope that they will develop a fierce love for reading, engaging in a new story over and over again. I am looking forward to getting to know them each individually.
My Project
Making sure that a student loves to read is very important to me. It should be important to everyone! I want the library that I create in my classroom be a place for my students to escape and get lost in a great book.
My goal with this project is to make all different categories of books available to each of my students.
They will all have different interests and different types of stories they love to read. My classroom will be a place where they can look right in front of them and find the book they've been searching for.
