This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I currently teach fourth grade in a Dual Language ICT Classroom. In an Integrated Co-teaching class (ICT), students with disabilities learn alongside general ed students who don't have learning disabilities or special needs. Because of the pandemic, I am now teaching all students in fourth grade remotely. We have a total of 44 students in fourth grade. Our students work hard and they love to explore and learn.

What happens in our classroom every day is determined by our instructional practice.

If you currently walk into our virtual classroom you will experience whole group and small-group instruction, challenging and text-dependent questions that promote engaging and meaningful discussions, more non-fiction close readings, instructional scaffolding, and extensive writing opportunities.

My Project

Please support my students this holiday season by supplying gifts for my students who have been working so hard this year! I would like to get an early start getting my students gifts for the upcoming holiday season.

It is almost time for the giving season and I wanted to gather gifts students will enjoy and have fun with at home!

The gifts include fidgety toys and pens to use with their devices! With your support, our holiday celebration will be a joyful and happy time to remember in our classroom.
