Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help support the newcomer EL students at our school make beautiful art! We have had quite a population boom this year as our school has more than doubled in size!
As our class sizes grow and supplies dwindle, we are in need of some basic art materials to help end the school year strong.
The older students need more paper and pencils in order to design new paintings and draw the world around them as the flowers bloom and seasons change! Our younger students need more glue to help them make imaginative collages, play dough to help them build hand strength while exploring form, and string for making wearable art while developing fine motor skills.
Please consider supporting our students' imaginations and growth by suppling our school with some basic art supplies. As always, we are extremely grateful for your support!
