Help me give my students a FRESH new start! We are moving classrooms this year into an older building that could definitely use a little TLC. I want my learners to have an inspiring and comfortable learning environment.

My Project

There’s so much I could say about how amazing and talented my students are, but simply put, they deserve a ray of sunshine during life’s cloudy moments. For many of my students, those gray days come often.

We’ve recently learned that our classroom—our home for the past six years—is being relocated to what was previously the P.E.

room. Our new space has faced its fair share of wear and tear and is located just steps away from the boys’ bathroom. Unfortunately, the smell alone can sometimes dampen even the brightest day.

The resources I’m requesting, flexible seating, will help us keep our new room smelling fresh and welcoming. Additionally, we need support to rebuild our library and social-emotional center. Our old setup no longer fits in the smaller classroom, making it unusable.

Having a rug for a soft, calming space where students can enjoy a good book or take a quiet moment to reflect is truly invaluable and something my students deeply deserve.
