This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The first day of school can create anxiety for children of any age. There is so much to prepare for whether it's being prepared academically or making friends in their new class. There are so many expenses associated with starting a new school year. We want to take some of the worries about materials off of the students.

First Impressions are Lasting Impressions.

To be successful and appeal to a variety of learning styles, many nontraditional resources are necessary. Interactive notebooks described appeal to tactile learners. It allows them to hear or see to learn, and then complete their learning by trying it out themselves including cutting, gluing, coloring, and hands-on manipulatives. These materials will allow students to be organized and store their materials, in addition to learning proper cleaning in the set and dismantling of each lesson.

These materials will allow students to be ready on day one of class, taking good notes and having the specific material needed to study.
