This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

A Cricut for our classroom would help both students and staff. Student materials can be personalized with their name or group. This will help the classroom run more smoothly and in a more organized manner. We can also make personalized stickers as well as class t-shirts for Spirit Days or holidays.

A Cricut can be used to clearly label areas in the classroom as well as the manipulative tubs.

This serves the purpose of exposing children to environmental print as well as letting them know what materials go where. By having areas clearly labeled, we are also adhering to Tier 1 behavior support strategies. In addition to the Cricut, we are also asking for Cricut accessories to help us achieve our goals.
