it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom needs a clean and spacious carpet for daily instruction. In our classroom, we learn skills to help us cope with our daily challenges and work on building positive peer relationships. Most of this work is done while students sit together on the classroom carpet to share experiences and discuss ways to resolve conflicts. We also use this space for phonics, reading, writing, math and science instruction. Our carpet allows student to easily regroup into pairs or small groups.
This carpet helps me create a safe and welcoming learning environment where my students feel excited to come to school and learn.
