My Project

I have the amazing job of teaching students with Dyslexia and reading difficulties. I work with K-5 students who deserve a comfortable, cozy, and fun environment, that will allow them to succeed in their reading! These students work so, incredibly hard throughout the year and make tremendous growth. Many students begin the year knowing a few letters and sounds, and leave a successful reader!

My goal is to create a cozy reading nook in my classroom!

I want students to feel comfortable in our room and know that it is a safe place to learn and make mistakes. I also am seeking wobble stools to help my students with ADHD and to help maintain their focus during their reading groups! With these supplies, I believe my students will feel welcomed and safe in our room while learning these crucial reading skills.
