A Cozy Place for Everyone to Sit

My students need a classroom carpet for us to use during our morning meeting, calendar, story and whole group time.

My Students

As a teacher at a Title I school, my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the challenges they face, I am looking to provide my students with meaningful learning experiences.

Though they are small, my students have the ability to learn and grow exponentially given adequate love and support.

They are always ready and eager to engage in something new, and they love any opportunity they have to use technology in the classroom to learn.

My Project

We are requesting a rug for our classroom to use during our story time, calendar, and whole group lessons. My students need a cozy carpet to invite them to learn. We spend most of our day on the floor and my students would love to have a comfy space of their own while they take on the learning challenges of kindergarten.

Having this classroom rug will allow my students to stay focused on their learning instead of worrying about where and what they are sitting on.

Minimizing distractions and increasing their focus is optimal for helping kindergarteners learn and grow.
