This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am presenting this funding proposal to DonorsChoose to secure a laptop for my classroom. This equipment will not only allow students to gain exposure to fundamental computer programming but also serve as a tool for educational software and research purposes. The laptop will cater to the diverse learning methods of my students, providing an avenue for me to design lessons and demonstrations to facilitate their learning.

Contributions from donors like you would be invaluable to my students, our school, and myself.

This support will serve as a bridge across the digital divide. My students will be able to research ways to take care of the earth. They will use the laptop to design a publication to lead the campaign of preserving our planet. Since my students lack access to computers at home, your contribution would provide them with much-needed exposure to digitally enhanced learning. Your generosity will directly contribute to the enrichment of their educational experiences.
