Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We believe that every child deserves to feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to learn. Many of our students and their families face daily challenges, and we want our school to be a welcoming space where their needs are met with dignity and support.
With your generous donations, we will purchase clothing racks to better organize and distribute donated clothing to families in need.
These racks will help us create a clean and accessible space where families can easily find warm coats, school uniforms, and everyday essentials. In addition, we will provide comfortable seating for students and parents who visit this area—whether they’re waiting for services, attending meetings, or just needing a quiet moment to rest. Our students and families will also have access to reading materials and resources that can be easily looked through on a rolling book cart.
