My Project

In the heart of our community lies a group of eager minds, ready to embark on a journey of discovery and growth. Imagine the gleam in their eyes as they step into their very first kindergarten classroom, brimming with curiosity and excitement. However, the canvas of learning that awaits them is currently blank, without colors, textures, and tools that can transform their first year in traditional school into an unforgettable masterpiece.

This is where the power of our collective compassion comes in – by donating a rug, storage options, and room decor to we can breathe life into their educational environment and create a haven of inspiration that nurtures their dreams.

Thank you so much for your donation towards my Donors Choose project, An Easel for All. The easel is beautiful. The students were thrilled when it first arrived and were anxious to help put it together and put it to use. We use the easel and white board all throughout the day. In the morning we do our Question of the Day. We use the easel for reading and sharing big books. We also use the easel to display large writing samples and to do shared writing. During math students love to solve problems and challenge one another. We are able to hang our anchor charts, and anything to help us learn, from the easel. . It is the perfect height for the students to see and use. The easel is a focal point of the classroom and the students really love using it

The students aren't the only ones loving our new easel. The huge shelf in the middle lets me store all the necessary supplies I need throughout the day. I also love having a tall easel!

We are truly blessed!
