A Cloudy Chance of Indoor Recess!

Help me give my students a way to enjoy recess on rainy days!

My Project

Recess is a breath of fresh air for students and teachers! It is the best brain break we have! But there are times students cannot enjoy the fresh air of outside and have to compromise by staying in! Some students prefer using hands-on activities versus just playing on their iPads.

Indoor recess gives students the time to engage in open-ended free time to express their creative abilities.

The creative abilities are endless with open-ended free time. They can use STEM objects to create all sorts of creations. They can show their ability of teamwork by playing in board games with their peers. They can also continue to practice their reading and math skills by using their iPads. The headphones will ensure that students do not bother other students who prefer to do something different during free time.
