My Project
In our busy classroom, students move around constantly—from reading groups to science labs to math centers. With so much foot traffic, our classroom floor gets dusty quickly, especially since we often sit, read, and collaborate on the carpet.
I’m requesting a Roomba vacuum to help keep our classroom clean without taking away from instructional time.
A robot vacuum would quietly clean the floor while students are at lunch or home for the day.
This will help maintain a healthier and tidier space, especially for students with allergies or sensitivities. With a Roomba in our room, students will work in a cleaner and more focused environment, and I’ll be able to spend less time tidying and more time planning engaging lessons and supporting student needs. This Roomba will support independence and responsibility, as students help program and maintain it as part of our classroom routines.
